Dear Fellows. I'm trying the Base in OOo 2.0 and I discovered that only SELECTs are allowed (no INSERT, no UPDATE).
Any chance of INSERTs via Macros? How? Give me links, write material, user's guides. I'd like to learn to use OOo Macros, but I have some difficulties with the Help format (maybe a problem of old people). I'm a developer of end-user systems in MS-Access (13 years) and I'm waiting for the DB since the StarOffice. I'm using Linux for the last 18 months, but I've used W since 1988. In the 70's: IBM-OS/VS, and in the 80's CP/M and MS-DOS.
