There is a very complex method involving Tables. Insert a table of one
cell, position and size to suit. Insert text. Table... Table
Properties... Text Flow and select Text Direction... Right to Left
(vertical). Then OK. Now go to Format... Character... 270 degrees.
Complex but works.
