Hi - Thanks for checking. I have solved the problem. Double click on Chart graph bar so little green square appears. Then right click and use 'properties' to get required results.
Thanks again. Still have not got a solution to 'Protect Sheet' message always appearing when using a 'Macro recorded' Macro that protects the sheet at the end. The default will always be to hit OK. Better if the user didn't have to take this option everytime. I have unsubscribed from mailing lists due to the volume of emails on subjects I was not interested in. Overall I am pleased with the results I have achieved.
