Please don't be angry!! To accomplish what you want, you need to use page
styles.

For Calc: View "Styles and Formatting" (Format > Styles and formatting, or
just press F11). Click on the Page Styles icon. Right click on any of the
existing formats, and select New. Assign the name Portrait to this style. Under

the Page tab, select Portrait as the orientation.

Then right click again on any existing format, and again select New. Assign
the name Landscape to this style. Under the Page tab, select Landscape as the
orientation.

Go to the sheet you want to be portrait, and double click the Portrait page
style. Then go to the sheet you want landscape and double click the Landscape
page style.

That should do it.

I'm short on time so I can't give a detailed explanation for doing the same
thing in Writer, but I'm sure someone else will respond. It again involves
page styles.
