Does on my install of 2.0.. The alternative is to select F4.

To update the field lengths, right click on the DB name (after
selecting F4) and select 'edit DB file'.. Right click on the table
name and select edit. This will bring up a form on which you can edit
the properties of the individual fields.

I'm unsure exactly how this will work with the built in biblio
database, but give it a whirl.
