Search the web for "outlook express spellchecker". There are some free
programs which will do that for you.
You could also create your emails in OpenOffice.org (OOo), save it as
text, and then email it from OOo.
Or, as others have suggested you can change email clients. I personally
use Mozilla as my web browser and email client.
