OOo load speeds are always reported as slower, and there is not a quick/immediate fix. If you have the quickstarter loaded, there is not much more to suggest.
OT a bit. Defragging on modern systems is generally a waste of time... http://www.thirdring.net/tips/pcmyths.htm.
