[users] Calc question

In Excel, under Data, there is a "Text to columns" wizard to convert
delimited text to proper Excel format. Question: Does Calc perform this
function? I looked and tried a few selections and even queried Help to
no avail.
The computer being used has MS Office 2000 and Openoffice 1.1.
