I am assuming you didn't uninstall 1.1.3 In which case you will probably
find quick-launch (quickstarter) in your start menu:
Program Files (Programs) -> Startup. If this is the case right click and
select "Delete" from the pop-up menu. Open the file manager (Windows
Explorer, My Computer, whatever) go to the OOo 2.0 directory (folder)
the default is:
"C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 2.0\program" and double click on the
quickstart.exe. When the quckstarter appears in your system tray, right
click and select "Load on system start (or the like)".
