I assume you mean selecting a graphic (picture) or frame within
the document.
Wrap options depend on how the graphic or frame is anchored.
If it is anchored "as character", for example, the only wrap
option appears to be "Edit contour". The other wrap options are
available when other anchoring options are used.
There may be some other factors involved, too, that I'm not
familiar with.
And if you're selecting something other than a graphic or frame,
then all of the above may or may not apply.
