Hmm.. Still many issues IMHO.  Here are some interesting things I found
out. I called Sun to find more information about best practices, etc.
etc.  I spoke to like 3 different receptionist. Not 1 knew anything
about OpenO. I finally left a message for for StarOffice and no return
call for over 1 week.

The study from Novell is a good point of reference, but is really the
only one. 
Testimonials, nothing since 2004. That is not good.
Case studies, a 1 man company should not be considered a case study. We
need more substantial companies using it. Is Sun using OpenO? Will be
great if they can publish their case study.
