If what you want to do is create a copy of a particular worksheet, the
easiest way I've found is to hold down the Ctrl key, click on the
worksheet tab you want to copy from, and drag it to where you want the
new (duplicate) sheet to be located.
There's a chance I may not be understanding the question correctly, so
if that's the case, please clarify.

Is there a way to copy worktabs inside a calc file? In excel you right
click on the tab and then paste and you are done. In Calc I can't do it.
