I'd go straight to "OOo Macros Explained" (OOME). The OOo 2.0
resource kit probably doesn't have much beyond the very basics,
which are also explained in Chapter 1 of OOME.
BTW, Ch1 of OOME is also available as "Getting Started with
Macros", which is Ch 15 in the Getting Started book, here:
