I have successfully downloaded the Open Office and it told me that when I
turned off my computer and then openned it, it would open automatically,
but it keeps want to reload/unpack and all of that.

Undoubtedly you are looking at the install program (on the desktop). I had
the same thing when I installed OOo V2.0.1. You need to click on the
Start/All Programs and open it from there. You can right click the
individual icons for OOo and make shortcuts to the desktop.
