It is useful, it's got a couple of errors in it (the geometry is wrong in the 
example shell  script and I needed to add "sh" immediately following the 
quotes on the Shell line in the macro.

Still, it opens Xine externally - is there anyway to get it to embed directly 
in the presentation itself?
