Save your presentation as Microsoft PowerPoint file (File/Save As ... and then select proper format). However, you can do even better when saving as either as PDF (then you need just Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is freely available almost everywhere) or Flash (File/Export) which could be run inside most modern browsers.
