I haven't taken the time to learn OOo's "quirks" in the HTML department.  I
find there are less quirky, more powerful, free tools out there for that -
so I just use what I find to be the best tool for the job.  I even use
AbiWord quite often for simple edits to a word processing document - since
it loads so much faster.  I like having as many tools as I can at my
disposal, and then pick the best for a given job.  I haven't tried the HTML
editor in 2.0 - it may be improved, but I gave the 1.1 version the old
"Three Strikes" test - and then moved on.  One reason I didn't bother to
test it on 2.0 is because the coders removed the icon.  This, too me, makes
it look like it's something they didn't want to be a focus, and therefore
something they didn't work much on.  But YMMV.
