You don't have to be a PowerPoint user to understand his question - he put
up an example of what he was saying.  The lines on the chart are straight in
the picture he posted - in OOo, the lines are not straight on a 3D chart -
he wants to know to get them that way - a build number isn't going to help
him.  He needs to know what number to put in what option box to get the 3D
chart to be at a 0 degree angle, so the lines are straight - like they are
in his helpful example.  The allusion to Powerpoint was simply his example
of a program that he knew how to do that in.
