no go for OOo, but if that's important you can buy StarOffice, which
apparently has AmiPro filters (or you can use their evaluation version).

use other wordprocessor (with different wordprocessors -- KWord, WordPro, M$
Word -- you can read AmiPro documents with varying degrees of accuracy) and
export to something which OOo can read.
