I have tried using the dicOOo macro, and I've searched using Google, and I
cannot figure out how to safely add a Thesaurus dictionary to OOo 2.0.

I am running Kubuntu 5.1 (breezy) with OpenOffice.org 2. There is no .deb
file for the thesaurus for some reason, and finding out why has been equally
frustrating. So, attempting to add one manually has been impossible. I
tried using the dicOOo macro, but OOo crashes when I do. (the version of
dicOOo I found was 1.4 if there is a newer one that supports 2.0 better
please point me to it and I'll try it)

I have asked on the Kubuntu list, however they just say "Use
File->Wizards->Install New Dictionaries" but that has never worked either, so
I'm stuck.

I have searched and dug for hours, its now midnight, I'm asking for as much
help here as anyone can give.
