Jon,
I tried your test and was not able to replicate the results. Both
documents printed out at the same size. This was on Linux using OO 2.0
and Adobe Reader for Linux to open and print the pdf. I also tested it
on WinXP Home and OO 2.0 using Adobe Reader 6.0.
Have you checked to make sure that in your pdf reader's print dialog you
do not have any options checked to shrink oversize pages? I think in
Windows it may the scaling option and should probably be set to none.

is
like when you export to PDF
I'm using Windows 2000 and OOo 2.0.1 ...
The test document is very simple. It's a spreadsheet with all page margins
set to 0.5" All columns & all rows are set to 0.25" width & height,
respectively. I placed a " " (space) in cell AD40 which is the lower right
corner (to force a single page), and turned on the cell borders. All of
this results in a 0.25 x 0.25 grid, which is then exported to PDF.
Printed from Calc, it's 7.5" wide and 9.95" high.
Printed from Adobe, it's 7.05" wide and 9.35" high.
So, it's effectively reduced to 94% of the original size.
Thanks for considering this issue, and any help that anyone can offer is
much appreciated.
