Hi! In Lotus WordPro we have a feature called Glossary that allow create a shortcut to some some word used very often. If I need to write in several documents the word software, I put this word in the glossary and create a short cut, let say sw. In a document when I want to write this word I just type sw and the Ctrl + K, and WP change the sw for software. This is useful because software is not a Portuguese word and then should be typed in italic with this tool I can change sw for software.
