First do a yum update which should install the current fedora version of OO 
and everything else that is current. If that isn't current enough, then go 
for the dedicated download and look at the OO site, there is a page where the 
installation is explained, for windoze OS's and for linux. If you follow that 
the installation should succed. You can even copy the commands and paste them 
to the terminal to save you from typing to much.
