I have just downloaded the 2.0.1rc5 version and everything is the same. I can 
not see the text frames because they are behind the image.
If OOO-Writer opened the document with the text frame adjustment property taken 
from the Word document may be the problem was solved.

What version of OpenOffice.org are you using ? If it is not 2.0.1 then please 
download and test it.
