[users] Centering text on the page - top and bottom?

Of course it's easy to center lines of text on a page between the left and
right margins.

 

Is there any easy way within  OO 2.0 to center all the text of a page
between the top and bottom margins? In other words, if I have just a few
lines of text and would like to have that text printed in the middle of the
page, can I do it without just resorting to trial and error?
