I hope, I understand you in the right way. You want to create your own
template, that all presentations you're going to create look similar? 

If yes, then it should be possible, that you create a presentation with
all the needed graphics, colours, ... and then safe it as template.
After saving the file as template, have you tried to import/export the
template? Please look at the online-help about templates import/export,
I have here only the German version, I don't want to translate the whole
text, I think it's easier when you read the original text.
