you'd better ask this question to the italian speaking ng for OO.
Anyway, I'm not sure to get your question correctly: did you choose your
data field using Insert -> Fields -> Date or Insert -> Fields -> Other
-> then choosing between either 'fixed' or ...?

ho sottomano il link ma non dovrebbe essere difficile reperirlo)
Comunque, se ho capito bene il tuo problema, esso potrebbe essere legato al
modo in cui hai scelto di inserire il campo data (cfr. sopra) oppure
alla modalita' in cui la data viene mostrata (gg/mm/aa, aa/mm/gg,
ecc.).]
