We are considering replacing Microsoft Office with OpenOffice in our Software Quality Assurance Lab. I was hoping you could provide some additional information for my validation analysis. Can you provide a support contract that gives us information on any fixes or updates to the product? Do you use a documented/standard Software Development Life Cycle?
