He's not asserting that it is illegal. In fact the poster states, "While this is a complete scam, I believe that it is not there where the GPL
is violated..."

merely offer a way to get the code.  This is often handled through a link
located in the documentation and/or the program itself (like in the "about"
box or the help section or something).

We are *well* aware of Luxuriousity.  What they are doing is *not* illegal.
We may not like that they don't give us credit on their website, but they
aren't violating the LGPL or the GPL.


Hmmm... they might be if they indeed do not make the source code available in some way. It would also be interesting to see what sort of licence or EULA accompanies their stuff.

Please get your facts straight before trying to file lawsuits.
