If remember correctly, the schedule macro and its contemporaries are part of the OpenOffice.org macro library and are legacy items from StarOffice5.x. So, unless you are familiar with the old StarOffice, I do not think there is any documentation. I know I have not seen any on the doc project and I know I have not written any mostly because I am a novice in programming macros.
