My default 'new text doc' uses a letter-head 'default' template, but
occasionally I want to start a new text doc with no letterhead.
I can't find an option to do that. Anyone know where it is, please?
(There are 'New' and 'New from template' toolbar buttons, but both produce
a new text doc with letterhead.)
