Hi
I'm trying to use the Time Format [SS] in a time field in Writer. It
returns an odd figure. eg. HH:MM:SS of 17:46:59 in [SS] returns the
*negative *figure -947421677.
The same time in Calc gives 64019 seconds (the expected result)
Any ideas
W
None except to say that I cannot reproduce you findings under FC4 with
OOo 680m152(Build:9000) so may I recommend that you check your system
clock?
System clock checks fine. Why would Calc and Writer give different
results for the same format?
W
As near as I can tell, they do not. Which is why I replied that way. I
have checked with my XP Pro box and OOo2.0.1 and get the same results as
on the FC4 box. Hence I guessed that there was some local problem such
as the system clock.
Hi GRS
Are you using the user defined time format [SS] in Calc and Writer?
I've just checked with a colleague's system and his is same as mine in
different results.
