I believe you need to use 7-Zip to extract the files in the .7z file. The files that belong in your en folder are all named "scalc.xxx" (each extension is different). OOo201EnglishCalcHelpFiles.7z is what's called an archive file, which has other files inside it. 7-Zip ought to be able to extract the scalc files inside the archive.
