If just getting dictionaries et cetera will not do in that you want OOo
to present itself in other languages then there are three places to look
for packs:
1. The Native Language Community (NLC) of the language desired
2. http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/
3. ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/
Installing is usually simply a case of unpacking the archive and using
whatever installer is native to your system.
