Printer - I checked everywhere!
Formatting - I was checking this out for a small under funded
not-for-profit. Since the rest of the world is operating on M$ Office they
need something compatible and I found too many problems and
incompatibilities so I pulled the program.
One other thing the "print as PDF" makes a short PDF. They have a black
space at the bottom of the page.

Did you check the "File" -> "Printer settings" ? Or Tools -> Options -> ...

This may be a problem with Office2003. can you please recheck and maybe
create
the smallest document possible which shows the problem, then can you please
report this in issuezilla ? ( http://openoffice.org -> "My Pages" ->
"Register", then when you receive a confirmation email, "Login" and "File an

issue" )
In this way the relevant developers will see your bug report and you will
also
see the progress of this bug report if it is accepted.
