I've asked the same question, only to be RTFM'd. Where in the "_M" I don't
know. Of course windows people use the control panel.
Yes, Windows users can use the control panel, and all users can go to
the directory in which they installed OOo, and execute the "setup"
executable found in the "program" subdirectory thereof. That executable
will offer a choice of modifying the installation, repairing it or
removing the application altogether.
