Marcia,
I put your name in my OO document. Then used the spellchecker. Used
"Autocorrect" on the spellchecker tab for "Sofonoff". With the
Unofficial word selected I clicked on "Autocorrect" and from then on
your name ALWAYS got automatically replaced with "Unofficial".
To change this I went into "Tools, Autocorrect, Replace" and went down
the list to "Sofonoff", selected it and clicked on "Delete".
End of your name problem.

It is possible that your last name has gotten into the AutoCorrect
list. This could happen through someone playing a joke or by someone
accidentally clicking on an incorrect option during spell checking.
Go to Tools -> AutoCorrect and select the Replace tab. If you see your
name in the right column, select it and press the Delete button.
