I have a chart embedded in a spreadsheet that aligns with data on the spreadsheet. It is a bar chart with the bars running left to right. I have removed the axis titles and values from the left of the chart. I have formatted the values that appear at the bottom of the chart. How can I move the values at the bottom of the chart to the top? I want the chart to look something like this. Please be specific since I am new to this.
