Thanks for the info. It helps. The release of OOo you have is quite old
now having been replace by 2.0.1. I highly recommend you replace your
current version with 2.0.1 at the very least.
I should also tell you that it is possible Calc help is missing from the
windows image but the following links will help. Please be aware that
this release is soon to be replaced by 2.0.2 which does not have this
problem.

One last thing, I cannot remember the build number of the 1.9 series
that caused problems so it might be wise to remove the current release
