This is a difficult question to answer. Why? Because OOo is a
multi-platform application and Portable OpenOffice is Windows only. I
suspect that it is based on

which method works for ALL platforms but do not know for certain.

If it is, indeed based on OOo, as I described above then it is likely to
be OOo.
