It appears that "Perfect Pro Office" is a repackaged version of OpenOffice.org software. In which case you should contact whoever supplied you with Perfect Pro Office for support. But anyway, you need to describe exactly what you were doing to start the backup process. Was it from within the spreadsheet program itself? What steps were you doing? -- Bob Long P.S.
