Easy. Download the Windows install image to your computer. I would suggest the image with JRE. Next put this image on a CD using the tools you have. Give the CD to your friend and have this person copy the image from the CD to his computer then execute it to start installation. THere is a second approach you could also use. That is to download the Openoffice.org ISO image and cut that providing you can overburn. This image may be found at http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/iso_downoad.html Where BT is not an option, follow the instructions at the bottom of the webpage.
