One thing I've noticed in Base and setting up tables/forms/queries is
that saving them is a two step operation if you want to avoid losing
them across a crash.

You must save the table/form/query from the specific editor or wizard,
but then also save the Base document from the main window.

No doubt the current design is based on the assumption that Base won't
crash, and the table/form/query will eventually be saved in the Base
document when you exit.
