For making as-you-go additions to your personal dictionary, or creating
additional personal dictionaries, see

The relevant sections are on pages 60-61 and 114-115 of the copy I just
retrieved.

Adding to the thesaurus and hyphenation is not something I've grappled
with yet. I'm sure it's possible but may require manually editing files
in the OOo system dictionary repository.
