Sun's StarOffice is richer in it's feature set and far more competitive with MS Office than OpenOffice. Sun participates in OpenOffice and one can see how from time to time programmers from Sun pop in and out in various discussions and answer questions here and there in this and other OO lists. Too bad other companies don't behave this way; the features in OO address what many need to work with on their own projects. However, for myself the dividing line would be that if someone is paying for my time to produce technical charts and various reports which need to approach a professional and scientific standard, I'd choose StarOffice over Open Office anytime. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
