[users] [moderated] Have updates not full downloads

I have been using your product for a while and I really like it. 
However, having to perform a full download every time there is an update 
is a waste of bandwidth and time. It is time you start using a patch 
system that makes the existing installation up to date rather than 
downloading a whole new installation except when it is a total revamp.
