The file outputs to a PDF normally, looking just as it does on the
screen, or as it would when sent to a printer, with text properly
formatted, bolding and italics showing, and so forth.
(Or it fails altogether.) :(
But normally you would either export this file to OpenOffice format, or
copy and paste the contents into a normal OpenOffice.org odt text
document, unless you have some particular reason for keeping it in HTML
format.
