Hello,

Can someone point me towards the best person/forum to find someone who might
be interested in getting SimTools working with Open Office Calc.

This is an addin for Excel to carry out a range of Monte Carlo based models
in Excel.

The code is freely available and the original author would be glad to work
with someone in the OOo community to get it working in OOo.

The addin is available at http://home.uchicago.edu/~rmyerson/addins.htm

The code is at http://home.uchicago.edu/~rmyerson/tools.pdf

and the book that the program goes with is at:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0534423817/sr=8-1/qid=1140107366/ref=sr_1_1/102-9882753-4844953?%5Fencoding=UTF8

In spite of the title, this is an excellent book for any one interested in
Monte Carlo modelling regardless of discipline.

I would be keen to see the addin available in Calc, but I don't have the
skills to help.

At least some of the functions seem to work as they are, but things like the
tool bar addin obviously don't

Can anyone help with this

Graham
