website, I click on the file to download it.

Do you mean to start it ?
Did you manage to download anything ? Do you have a file on your hard
disk ?

After waiting about 30-40 seconds, I get the message that the other
guy wrote:
command timed out
Thats it. We do not get anywhere near actually installing anything.
