Hi Francesco,
 File attachments are not allowed on this list (it prevents virus problems).
Another option is to save the file format in RTF format to see if OOo can 
ready that file format better.

Also if you can open a bug report for *each* incompataibility you see with a 
small example .doc file this would greatly help the developers to narrow the 
problem. You can report a bug in issuezilla. ( http://openoffice.org -> "My 
Pages" -> "Register", then when you receive a confirmation email, "Login" and 
"File an issue" )
In this way the relevant developers will see your bug report / suggestion and 
you will also see the progress of this feature / bug report if it is 
accepted.
